WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!
Yes, you can cancel your order and request a refund within 30 days from the date of purschase.

Diffusers

HOW DOES THE COLD AIR DIFFUSING TECHNOLOGY WORK?

This technology utilizes cold filtered air and air pressure to diffuse oils into dry, fine mist and
create even, subtle scenting.

DO ALL YOUR DIFFUSERS REQUIRE CENTRAL A/C TO WORK?

We have two types of diffusers – Standalone diffusers which do not require A/C to work with and HVAC
units that require a central A/C system to operate.

DO YOUR HVAC UNITS REQUIRE COLD AIR TO OPERATE?

No, you can use our AirHVAC diffuser with your central AC system’s heat settings or fan mode. However,
please note that the warm air will deliver a slightly stronger scent.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PUT MY DIFFUSER?

There are a few key factors to get the best results. Generally if you're scenting one of our AirMini, AirSlim or even AirPro diffusers, We suggest you to place it in the primary area of your home or office; However you can place the diffuser where you want to experience scent the most.
If you're using AirHVAC, you will need a central A/C system to connect it to which will diffuse the air evenly through the ducts.

CAN I LAY MY DIFFUSER HORIZONTALLY?

No, your diffuser must always be upright when there is oil in the bottle. This is to avoid spillage that
may damage some internal components of the diffuser.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY DIFFUSER?

Follow these simple steps:
1. Unplug the diffuser and use a rubbing alcohol to rinse out the diffuser bottle.
2. Add about 10-20ml of alcohol to the diffuser bottle and let it diffuse for 5-10 minuets.
3. Turn off the diffuser and empty the diffuser bottle and let it dry.

HOW HIGH SHOULD I SET THE INTENSITY?

This is an individual choice. However we recommend to set it between 30-40% which is considered a normal intensity.

DO YOUR DIFFUSERS COME WITH WARRANTY?

All of our diffusers come with 1 year warranty.

Please note that oil spill, physical and water damaged and damaged caused by using other oils are not covered under warranty.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Yes of course! We'll provide you our sample pack with all of our scents included.

ARE YOUR OILS CERTIFIED?

All of our oils meet the highest safety standards and are regulated by IFRA (International Fragrance Association)

HOW LONG DO THE OILS LAST?

This depends on the intensity and the work time of the diffuser
Typically, a 120ml bottle with the working time of 7hrs/day would approximately last 1 month.

ARE SCENTINO OILS SAFE TO USE?

Yes, all of our aroma oils are Pet friendly, natural ingredients, vegan, non-GMO, non-hazardous, non-checmical, non-carcingens, non-phthalates.

WHERE & HOW ARE YOUR OILS MADE?

All of our oils are manufactured in FRANCE and are made from natural and high quality ingredients.

DO YOU OFFER SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?

Yes, you can subscribe, choose your delivery frequency and save 20% on your aroma oils.
You may also cancel, skip or pause your subscription at anytime.

CAN I CHANGE MY SCENT IF I'M ON A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, If you're on the subscription plan, you can log in to your subscription portal and change to another scent.

CAN I USE OTHER OILS FOR MY DIFFUSER?

Our diffusers are designed and tested to work uniquely with our oils only.
Using other oils may cause damage to the diffuser which will result in having your warranty voided.

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SCENT FOR MY BRAND?
